The Firm takes a cost effective approach to litigation. We attempt to make the process as speedy and simple as possible, however, we do not control the actions or activities or other parties. We work under a flexible set of contingent and hourly fee arrangements. In making our fee arrangements we consider costs, rewards, and risk sharing with our clients.
